Works really well for why I bought them. Good value, the package seal correctly. Ive been taking this for a couple of months. It has improved my life. I was diagnosed with POTS / OH. Which means I need to keep my blood pressure up. I did not consult my doctor, doing this on my own. It's been a slow progress but that's just how it is. I take one a day in the morning with a bottle of water and then i eat breakfast. It not only keeps my bp up, it also helps with digestive system, anxiety. Believe me, I was having anxiety bad. I was afraid to leave the house. And when i would eat, i was running to the bathroom. I literally could not leave the house. But now I can. Its nice to be able to enjoy life again. Because of the POTS , I tire easily so I dont go out much for long periods of time.
