Do I get 15% off every order?
No. The 15% discount applies to your first subscription order. Every refill after that is 5% off the regular price, for as long as your subscription is active.
How do I get the 15% first-order discount?
Choose Subscribe & Save on the product page instead of a one-time purchase and check out. The discount is applied automatically. It can be used once per customer.
Which products can I subscribe to?
Any product that shows the Subscribe & Save option on its product page. Pick the products you take regularly and choose the quantity and frequency you need.
How often can my order ship?
You can choose every other week, monthly, every other month or quarterly. You can change the frequency later in your account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel, pause or skip a shipment from your account at any time. There are no cancellation fees.
How do I change my products, address or card?
Log in to your account and open Manage Subscriptions. There you can adjust quantities, remove products, change your address and update your credit card.
When will I be charged?
Your first order is charged at checkout. After that, each refill is charged when it ships on your schedule, at 5% below the regular price. You can skip or change a shipment before it goes out.
