Dosage - How much Remedy's Nutrition® Liquid Iodine should I take?

Remedy's Nutrition® Liquid Iodine can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. We do not add binders, fillers, or additives to our herbal supplements. Our supplements are easily digestible and the absorption is greatly improved over other inferior herbal supplements.

  • Adults and Adolescents 14 years and older: Dilute 1 drop of this product in 7 drops of water, and take 2 drops of this dilution, once daily.
  • Adolescents 9-13 years: Dilute 1 drop of this product in 7 drops of water, and take 1 drop of this dilution, once daily.
  • May be taken in the morning and/or evening.
